Actually, this isn't correct.  There was such a user and media uproar over the 
user image loss of ownership thing that Facebook disbanded this policy 
practically before it went into effect.  There was a big statement issued about 
it on Facebook and to the media.  So, yes, you still own your own images on the 
site, not Facebook.
