Shamus, In California mosquito fish are considered a problem fish but
they were appropriately used to control mosquitos by the government.
One could go to the State and get the fish delivered for no charge as
long as it was for mosquito abatement. Im not familiar with Washington
but you may want to check with the dept. of agriculture and see if they
have a similar program on the state or county level.
