[GSAS-Member] Frozen Food
I use frozen food frequently and have always thawed it out in COLD water then
strained it. Using hot water can actually cook the food. I have never had a
water problem using this method. When in a rush I have been known to just dump
the thawed food without straining still without fouling my tank water.
