Hi
Whoever got the wingless fruit fly culture of D. Melago.....
It is a brand new culture, so let it sit until you start to see fly
casings on the side of the culture and then you can start to feed it. I
always do mine with extra media and I have had them last up to 3 mo, 2 mo
is more common though.
I added more water to the media with all the heat and evaporation though,
so the media is a little more sloppy than usual. I hope it firms up. I
did that with one of mine at home too, so I will see. A new experiment.
