I've had both.  Demasoni are pretty agressive fish, do look similiar to 
Salousi.  Salousi males are blue , females are yellow/orange.  Demasoni males 
and females are both blue.

So it looks like the Demasoni are smaller, and the same color patterns as my  
pseudotropheus saulosi male.  Shame, but a great looking fish!
