Yes, I did see them at the Wet Spot in Portland! I was thinking Canada but
you only have to go to Portland.
Think that tilapia are also on his raise/eat program.

Sadly, Washington isn't one of those states where owning piranha is legal.
How silly. Next thing you know, they'll want to charge a tax on plastic
grocery bags...wait...
