Hi Dave, The .torrent file is just a small file with the instructions on how to download/share the actual file (which is huge -- 500 megabytes this time). You need to have a program to run the torrent, such as utorrent if you're using PCs (www.utorrent.com), or transmission for Macs (http://www.transmissionbt.com/). Once you have installed the appropriate program, when you click on the torrent, it should open in utorrent, and will prompt you where to put the file, etc. You need to leave your computer on a looong time.
