I had a lamprey once. Some guy brought him to me to identify, because he caught him in a stream somewhere. He let me have him when he found out that it might bother his other fish. I fed it bits of fish meat but sometimes he didn't seem interested in eating it. I don't remember what became of it. Has anyone ever heard of keeping a freshwater lamprey in a home aquarium? After seeing this brief video http://www.boingboing.net/2009/10/30/lamprey-construction.html and this portrait.. http://www.arkive.org/river-lamprey/lampetra-fluviatilis/info.html ...I am curious. A Google search didn't turn up much. This is the only page I fond of relevance. http://www.nanfa.org/captivecare/lampreys.shtml Thanks Shango _______________________________________________ GSAS-Member mailing list GSAS-Member@thekrib.com http://lists.thekrib.com/mailman/listinfo/gsas-member _______________________________________________ GSAS-Member mailing list GSAS-Member@thekrib.com http://lists.thekrib.com/mailman/listinfo/gsas-member _______________________________________________ GSAS-Member mailing list GSAS-Member@thekrib.com http://lists.thekrib.com/mailman/listinfo/gsas-member
