Go to home depot and get a bunch of those orange buckets with lids. Fill them a little ways with your aquarium water and put the plants in there. Depending on what fish you have, you can put some of them in the buckets with the plants. Your best way to go about it is to either move the tank first thing in the move and get it set back up again(maybe not necessarily pretty right away as that can take some time) or make it the very last thing you move. Everytime I've moved, that's what I've done. I'd just throw the fish and plants in after the tank was filled back up. I'd re-arrange plants/etc later on.
