I just got home with my new 260 gallon acrylic! Its amazing! The guy who had
it has been sanding all the scratches out but it still has a couple which I
will hit with the 1000 then 2500 grit wet dry tomorrow; My question is on
buffing out the acrylic; Does anyone have an opinion on what the best
buffing compound is? Best place to buy it? What type of buffing wheel should
I buy for my drill, just a cotton one? I've perused prior posts a bit and
nobody mentions a specific buffing compound or where they got it; My wife is
tapping her proverbial toe so I've got to call it a night; I've spent all
day going and getting the tank so its her time now; Thanks for your help,
Jeff.
