[GSAS-Member] Please do not upload talks (in general)

I know it's cool for Shango to upload his portion of the talk to a 
streaming video service, but I just wanted to make sure to nip this in the 
bud before another enterprising member takes it to the "logical 
conclusion" and goes off and starts uploading the other talks to YouTube 
or similar:

I know it's crazy easy to do this -- you just upload the file and boom, 
done.

But we have a careful agreement with the speakers about what we do with 
the videos, and it was a long process to get it to where it is today.  We 
keep the distribution fairly limited so that it mainly goes to club 
members.  This is one of the reasons we don't have the list of torrent 
files indexed off our main website.  Once something is uploaded to a place 
like Vimeo or YouTube, it's essentially public.

So thanks for keeping it to the members.
