Hi All, As you all know, I have tried very hard to promote our GSAS HAP program for the last year and a half. I am gratified that we have had many of our members choose to participate and get involved. So this contest is for current GSAS HAP program participates only! (BTW you can participate in this contest if you get me you a completed HAP form and your guess by Monday night.) Below is a picture of a foreground plant that I have not seen offered by a club member since I joined almost two years ago. I brought in from out of town. It was described by one of our GSAS speakers (that Erik recorded for us) as "one of my favorite plants". It is supposed to grow "rather fast" and I have read it is an easy to grow foreground plant. HINT: This is NOT GLOSSO; think smaller, it is planted in Turface size substrate to give you an idea of the size! If you think you know what it is, e-mail me your guess to Seattle_Aquarist@Comcast.net. One guess per HAP Participant only please! I have three small "starter portions" available and they will be awarded at our GSAS Christmas Party Tuesday; you must be at the party to receive your prize! Roy
