Thanks to Roy and everyone else who chimed in on this topic! I will swing by
the John Deere dealer this week and pick up a couple of bags of the turface
pro and give it a shot; do you think four bags will be too much for a
7'x2.5'x2' (260g)?; How deep do you suggest? I am thinking around 1.5-2"
with maybe some white sand on top to dress up the tank; I am trying to do
this new tank right from the start; I've got three 2x96 bright kits from AH
which will be lighting the tank; so that's six 96 watt lights (2.2
watts/gal) which seems a little low on the w/g ratio but AH (and others) say
great things about their light kits so we'll try this to start; Once again,
