Ah, so it IS working for you now Roy!

Yes, there was a hardware upgrade.  I looked it up, because I wasn't 
completely sure, but we've been running on the same basic hardware since 
July 2004.  When I bought it, I thought forward and got a 64-bit processor 
with the idea that I might not replace it for several years, which sure 
turned out quite true.  The replacement is not brand-new -- it's a 
dual-core, and has a lot more memory, but it's noticably faster than the 
old setup.  The main drive has also been replaced, so there might be some 
speed there.

There were also software updates across the board, some of which I was 
still applying at 2 AM last night.  I'm a little loopy still.  So, 
apparently, is the torrent tracker.  Ah well.
