The exciting ballast saga concludes: after checking everything that is not the ballast, it all looks ok. It was remotely possible that the cord, switch, or critical connector at the ballast ground had failed, but they all checked out. That Fulham is the same part that is in my fixture, so replacement will be a snap. I even found it a few bucks cheaper. I just wish I had it NOW.
