[GSAS-Member] Max Auction Lots

Dear Roy,

Try as I might, I was unable to get down to 10 lots and I threw away more than 
I bagged!  So on further review, I would say limit splits to ~10 for the health 
of the auctioneer and donate the rest.  This way we can toss donations into a 
door prize or 2 for 1 etc to make sure we are done on time.

This time I have large bags of healthy common plants.  For the Feb auction I 
will clear out the emersed crypt tank (20 lots easy).
