Shango, I don't think that it's a lighting issue. I had glosso under 4.2 watts of light and still had mostly vertical growth. At the time, I was told by people on forums that sometimes it needs to be trained to grow low by trimming off anything that gets leggy. Unfortunately, I just got tired of it and tore it out before experimenting with it.
