It's our logo.  The guy who originally lifted it did e-mail me and ask if 
it was OK to use it.  Of course, I expected he'd provide a link to the 
site, not just stick it in the alt tag... essentially leaving it 
uncredited to most viewers.

Also interesting is that they are deep-linking to the gif file, so if I 
want to adjust it, I just have to change the image that they are lined to 
(which I don't even use for the masthead on the website anymore).
