I concur that a forum would be more useful and usable to me personally, but am
happy to go with the flow and decision of the group.

A moderator doesn't just keep people under control, they also keep the forum
organized. As an example, there now appear to be three different emails
going about this single topic. A moderator on a forum would be able to
merge all three into one thread where it would be so much easier to keep
track of who said what, when. (Yes, I am a moderator on a couple of fish
forums.)
I just find this format so difficult to follow. I've been looking at the
GSAS site for several years now, hoping a regular forum would be there one
day:) I'm sure I'll figure this out after awhile. I get used to doing
things a certain way and when something new or different comes up, it takes
some adjustment. I do appreciate any way of being able to connect with
locals who are also interested in fishkeeping, so I'm not going to
complain...too much!
