Usually In these cases the Lease goes up in price  or in this case since 
they have a new store right down the road  ( 5-10 min South)  it might have 
just not been advantageous to keep this in the works.  Pretty fancy new 
store but fish
wise  so so..   Lots of dry goods,   pricing  hmm.....
