Looking good so far!  My comments are mostly silly technical info of no

Perhaps we can fit everything on a nice trifold pamphlet that can also be
distributed to aquarium society auctions, meetings, etc.

Has the planting plan drawing fallen by the wayside?  Perhaps can be
hinted at as an aside in the plants list.  And on the pamphlet or web site
we could include a very crudely-drawn example to show it doesn't have to
be fancy either.

This will most likely be something like entries@aquatic-gardeners.org.

I'd say strike this stuff, just make sure they include their name and any
pertinent info in the body of the message, and make sure to have filled
out the form as well.

For e-mail inquiries, we can also use an alias, such as
contest@aquatic-gardeners.org  which would bounce to the appropriate
person (especially if the contest catches on & becomes annual).
