Dave wonders what is happening......

Well, I dunno...... I'm almost done writing the Proposal, but was delayed
mainly by illness (being sick just before a major holiday sucks). Kind of
difficult to type when I was flat on my back Christmas has also gotten in
the way, but it will get done, and posted prior to submission.

Hope everyone has a nice Holiday Season.
