On 1/13/2000, James Purchase wrote, in a direct message, about an updated proposal to go out to the AGA on Monday. James stated he would like it read and nit-picked before it was sent. Here is what I noited: In Section 2 - Venue: After "Submission of entries will be accepted both electronically (e-mail) and via traditional routes (postal mail) to all all hobbyists to participate,...etc." Shouldn't it be noted that entry fee to be sent via postal mail and that credit cards cannot be accepted? On my hard copy of the final proposal the metric sizes were not noted on page 12, Section 4 - Contest Guidelines, number 3 as stated in the message. Section 7 - Entry On the actual entry blank it is suggested that Name:, Streed address:, City:,...etc. be double spaced to allow room for hand written information. I did not notice anything else to question.
