Privacy

As I was looking over the mock website for the first time in
months, I noticed a section called "Privacy".  It basically
had some comments that we had made about whether or not the
scores of all the entries would be published on the website.
Several people (worried about hurting people's feelings if
their tanks sucked) suggested that scores and comments only
be posted for the winning tanks.  I thought that people
would learn more if comments and scores were posted for all
entries.  Did we ever come to a definite agreement on that
issue?
