How Do I Enter? Page uploaded - Please Review!

The web-site will contain all sorts of "guidelines", pages covering Entrance
Guidelines, Contest Guidelines, Photo Guidelines, Judging Guidelines.....

I'm afraid that we might end up making this look TOO complicated....

I have done a quick and dirty "How Do I Enter?" page and uploaded it to the

Could you please look it over and let me know what you think. Is it too
detailed, or not detailed enough, or just right?
