Starting to work on translating content

Hi James (& co),

Having gotten my computer back (for real this time!) I'm going to start
working on content adaptation today. I will be able to track small changes
made on the preliminary content site, barring complete reformatting.

What I've done is to pull the entire preliminary content site into a
directory, which will be the basis of the adaptation.  When I'm done, if
there are any changes to the preliminiary content site, I will do another
pull and run a difference program on the two different directories,
manually making the changes to the adapted files.
