Read the material in the link I gave earlier (it took me a few hours). Copyright law is complex and applies to everything which can be considered an "artwork". We are not asking for transmission of the copyright, merely useage rights. To protect ourselves we need the photographer's permission and I want their signature on a piece of paper. The United States is the most litigious country I know of (Canada is getting close) and I'm not interested in the AGA getting sued by anyone over a picture of an aquarium - and don't even suggest that it's not likely - anything is possible.
