I don't anticipate any problems, but you never know.... it would only take one ticked off entrant who failed to win, place or show to derail the whole thing by claiming copyright infringement. Also, this area of law is new enough that it isn't clear how damages for such infringement could be levied or distributed. The AGA could be required to pay $$$ if someone objected to our selling CD-ROM's containing their images without a signed release form which clearly stated that this use if possible. This could range from the entire proceeds for the sale of CD-ROM's to a much higher figure. Hopefully, the wording on the release form is not too obscure that it frightens anyone. That's primarily why I added the last paragraph about them being able to do anything that they wish with the photos - sell them to a 3rd party or whatever.
