Banner, one more time

OK kids, I've done a rework of the banner once more, and without the
"Vegas" tank.  However, because I don't have anything better, the fourth
image is a cheesy one. 

Worse, my computer nightmares came to a culmination last weekend with my
main hard drive crashing, so I had to start from scratch on this
graphic... as a result, it's a little different than the first one.  Oh
well.

Unless someone can come up with a better image, this is the one I'll be
using.  Starting this afternoon. :)  I want it to be "fixed" so we will be
able to send a screenshot of the website to PAM before the deadline.
