Espanol!

The first of our translators has checked in with a mini-translation
(actually, it's a ringer... Alex Patak, who's helped translate the Aquaria
FAQ into Espanol in the past; he said he'd give a try on one of the
sections and see how it turns out), and it's gotten me off my duff long
enough to modify the software to deal with it.

If you have your browser set to prefer Spanish (es) over English, it will
bring up a translated welcome page (only the welcome page and the welcome
navbar box have been translated; everything else is as was).  If your
browser is set for English as preferred language, you can override this
with the new "Language" option on the navbar.

OK, it's a small step, but it's a proof of concept!
