Spanish

"If you have your browser set to prefer Spanish (es) over English, it will
bring up a translated welcome page (only the welcome page and the welcome
navbar box have been translated; everything else is as was).  If your
browser is set for English as preferred language, you can override this
with the new "Language" option on the navbar."

I set my browser to Spanish (International) and the "welcome" page and
nav-bar box shows up in Spanish, but the "language" button doesn't work.
