I'd always heard two things about lawyers -

Lawyers only keep other lawyers in business. Everyone else's they steal or
bankrupt.

Half their time is spent producing undigestible fodder. The other half is
spent trying to keep from swallowing other lawyers' fodder.

Oh well - everyone's got *lawyer* jokes. They're really too easy a target...

I *really* like this approach, given what's turning out to be our
"situation". I can think of no invalidating reasons as to the fairness of
it, and it still leaves us with a great deal of flexibility...
