I propose that we combine sizes in the non-garden categories, leaving us
with six nicely-filled or almost-nicely-filled categories spanning the
whole shebang.  That's half our ribbon budget.

I'm not sure it's a good idea to reneg on the ribbons after we've
announced that they will be awarded, but I want to hear what others say.
