Ah, these are two separate questions.  Charlene is the coordinator, but it
is being held in Houston, Texas and I beleive the bulk of the volunteer
work is bveing done by locals in that area.  You should contact Charlene;  
she'll give you much more info than I even have about the convention right
now.
