Suggestion for web site (contact info/email solicitations)

Note for the future:  It might be a good idea to offer a "guestbook" of
sorts on the contest home page, so that aquarium clubs and other
interested parties could submit their names, email and snail mail
addresses for future contest notifications.  The guestbook entry should
include a category for the submitter to choose, such as Individual,
Club, Manufacturer, etc., so that notifications can be tailored a bit,
and so we can get the data to the right person.  James, wouldn't it be
nice if potential prize donors could submit their own contact
information to you? <grin>

Just going through these miscellaneous contact lists we have and it's
sort of a mess.  I'm trying to organize it into a little database so I
can do email and snail mail merges.  It would also be nice to know that
we're sending solicited, rather than unsolicited, email.

We also might want to consider sending a reminder email to past
entrants.  I'm assuming we have their email addresses somewhere.

Thoughts anyone?
