[AGA-Contest] smoke almost clearing (121+)

OK, I just shut down the site for registration, pulled all the 
partly-complete "lookie-loo" entries, and the computer's reporting 121 
valid (photo complete).  I think this is a real number this time, though 
I'll have to lean on several of the entrants to get their fees and forms 
in.  In addition, someone e-mailed me what appear to be the photos for 
three entries, the forms for which he said were in the mail.  And I still 
don't know if there will be a Senske surprise on my door tomorrow (there 
was a small one today).  So we might actually hit up to 125 when the 
absentee ballots are all counted.
