Um, sorry, I can't set up e-mail accounts for folks.  I'm not really an 
ISP.  Not sure an invite to this list would be the best thing either -- 
flood his daughter's inbox with messages, only some of which are relevant.

If it's an e-mail address, why not sign up for a hotmail (or equivalent) 
account?  He can use his daughter's PC to access his own stuff.  But I 
suspect this isn't a problem, it's more the concern about having frequent 
enough access.
