Hi Carlos,

Photo release form is already received, thanks.

If you log in, and go to your "My Entries" page, there is a green bar at 
the bottom "ADD TO CART" that takes you to the PayPal page.  If you are 
unable to pay via PayPal, we will waive your entry fee --  just reply and 
let me know.

And yes, unfortunately there are only three entries per person allowed.  I 
will forward this to our organizers so they may discuss the limit for next 
year!
