Your call, though it still lists this in the FAQ section.
I have a contact that I've used for the ribbons in the past, and they 
have the template on file.  We also have everyone's postal address.  So 
the hassle is really only that someone has to receive the ribbons, stuff 
them into padded envelopes, and run to the post office.
