I also cannot get the graphic burn-in tool to work right now.  Every year 
or so, Gimp (which I coded this for) seems to get redesigned and I have to 
start from scratch.  Very very frustrating for me right now as I don't 
have the patience I once did to devote to figuring out the minutia.  I 
will try again when I can
