I agree with Bailin.  I don't have any problem with Jason judging categories
that he hasn't entered, and have someone else judge the categories he IS
entered in.  The problem is if he ends up in contention for the top prize.
None of the judges know who has entered each tank (unless they've seen it
before, in which case we just need to trust them to judge fairly and
honestly anyway) because the names are not revealed until the very end.  I
suppose we could do something like, if he DID end up in contention for the
top prize, then he bow out of picking the over-all winner, and the other
judges make that call. Same would be true of Phil, if he judged the
categories that Jason was competing in, but he was competing in Biotopes...
If he was one of the top two contenders in Biotopes, he would have to sit
out the final decision making round.  

I think that would work, what do the rest of you think?
