[AGA-Contest] 2009 Contest photos (fwd)

I don't think we're technically in a position to grant this, are we?  The 
release form only covers the AGA's own use of the photos.

On the other hand, we've done this all the time in print publications to 
promote the contest.

Opinions?  Should I say it's OK to use a subset, providing backlinks and 
proper attribution?
