Well, if all the judges actually wanted to JUDGE all the entries, I suppose
we could rank them all.  But this ends up being a lot more judging (and even
more work because of all the comments) than the ADA contest.  

I think the big thing that most people don't know is that all those
"rankings" below 100 in the ADA contest are never even seen by the judges.
I've got NO idea who assigns those their rankings, or exactly who decides
which tanks will make it into the "best" 100 going to the judges.

Could we do something like rank through 10th place in the future? (or the
top 50% of a class smaller than 20) That might be a happy medium.

This is the 2nd or 3rd time I've been asked about publishing rankings 
this year.  I think we need to create a FAQ entry as to why we don't 
publish rankings beyond 1st-3rd.

In related news, the Bandwidth on the website continues to be hit fairly 
heavily as the entire Internet tries to access the contest results -- 
though it's down 15% from Thursday night's insane 1.7mbps.  Several 
hundred folks have downloaded the bittorrent version, which has helped 
ease the pain.  Still find it totally cool how we're able to host a 
contest of this magnitude on a single DSL line.
