Some Web Fixes - Canadian Theme Day

Got two mails from Steve Pushak, and one verbal question from a guy last
weekend.

1. Membership address - US or Canada?  There was a confused potential
member wondering where to send his singapore mail.  Though I had changed
the address to Jack's, I had accidentally left in the paragraph following
it which talked about first class postage from US to Canada.  Oops.  It's
fixed now and there's a (USA) after the address.

2. Dorothy's e-mail address has been fixed (again).  Took the opportunity
to revamp the whole committee table and make it a bit more spam-proof.

3. Someone visiting from Vancouver a couple days back said he didn't join
because of a snafu insisting there was a Canadian $ rate listed on the web
site back when he tried to join.  (He's wrong, I checked.. :) but still
refuses to beleive me.) If we get any other confusions like this, I will
consider rewording the site to say "US Currency" even more strongly, so
please feel free to forward such "problems"...
