I think she needs a little more bolstering that _she_ can make decisions on
how this is going to be done.  I think we're better off getting the process
started than worrying if it is absolutely perfect.  I've tried to convey
that to her, but she may need to hear it from you as well.

I wouldn't count on George Booth, although I agree he'd be good I don't
even think he's a member.  Of the others, I agree all of them have
potential.   I know Steve Dixon is a member, I'm not sure about the others.
 But we still would need one central person to field questions and parcel
them out as appropriate.  Preferably, that person would have a scanner, so
that snail mail letters could be scanned in to distribute to others easily.
 Maybe if we got several of them to work as a group, they could all look
over questions as they came in and have a say in who got to answer what.
