Hi Neil, 

I'd like to suggest that we ask Olga Betts.  Whether we have her team up
with someone else, or do it on her own could be up to her and Paul.  She's
already working under the Ed. committee, and seems to feel comfortable with
Paul.  She answers questions lucidly one the APD, and seems to enjoy
responding to people.  She's got a good handle on managing planted tanks,
and uses a pretty balanced approach.  Finally, I think she'd really get a
kick out of taking over from Steve ;-)
