You are probably the best judge of what is a reasonable sur-charge.
Afterall, you are doing the work!
The amount you mention sounds fine to me. IMO, it is very reasonable to
sell the book for $20. In fact, we could even advertise it as $15 to
members, $20 to non-members. Since I already posted the message to the AGA
management committee, I will cc them on this message and request that Karen
get back to you with the "Official Decisions."
