I recommend we send out to new members a post card that says, some thing
like this: Welcome! You are a member.  You will get the next issue of TAG
when it comes out.  Perhaps others on the Committee can think of other
things to say, but these are the basics, and should serve to reassure the
new members that they have not been forgotten.
