A few other notes:

I agree that AGA ought to go quarterly.  It would take some pressure off
Neil, and we can always do an extra issue if the backlog of unpublished
articles gets too large.  :-)

We need to get more articles. They don't have to be anything fancy or major
in import.  Many of the experienced growers in AGA could generate articles
out of minor observations or notions that occur to them.  We may have
gotten a little too fancy recently and scared off many hobbyists from
submitting.

Perhaps more of Neil's editorial work can be farmed off to other people,
such as, for example, the author-title lists I did recently for vols. 10
and 11.  By the way, were those lists OK?  I sent them in and never heard.
I am willing to do more work like that, especially in the summer.  Lots of
publications have long lists of associate editors.  Perhaps we could round
up a few.

If too few people are doing too much work, then we need to think about
lessening the workload, perhaps simplifying the publication.
