I will second, though I cannot help find a lawyer here.

My 2 cents on this issue: Since Mike Trzonkowski got out of the plant
business, our aquarium society, which holds an annual plant auction in
February, has not been able to get a good bulk shipment of exotic
plants... their choices are to go through a local wholesaler (ironically,
one of the ones that uses FAN but never gets anything interesting) or via
consumer mail-order outlets (which charge us retail). I've been trying
for the last 2 years to find some way to "supplement" the supply of
standard plants we order with some interesting ones, maybe even fill a few
requests for particular crypts, etc.
